We offer various postage options within the United Kingdom, including Royal Mail First and Second Class with/without recorded delivery and standard delivery. For heavy larger items we will use the appropriate trusted courier. Customers can choose their preferred option during the checkout process.

Free postage for orders over £70 we provide free shipping within the United Kingdom, offering added value to our customers.

Returns & Refunds

For all products purchased from  we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned in the same condition that it was purchased in with original tags still attached.

Returns should be sent back along with a completed returns form (included in your parcel) to the following address:

Once we have received returned items, refunds are processed via the original payment method. Payments may take 3-5 days to process as standard. 

We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage. We do not accept liability for any damages during transit. Customers are responsible for adequately wrapping and insuring any returned items.

Refund policy

Shipping & returns

If you change your mind about your online purchase, we accept returns on all UK orders with a two-week returns policy for refunds or exchanges. All items must be returned unworn in the condition you received it in within 14 days of your parcel’s arrival, along with a completed returns form which is included in every order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund.

We will not issue a refund if: Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
